ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

To qualify for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

– Your request must be made within thirty (30) days of confirmed delivery
– The product must have been purchased directly from pawsandwhisker.com
– Limited to one (1) claim per customer or household
– You must provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
– Coverage is limited to one (1) order and a maximum of two (2) products per customer

This policy is designed to allow customers to try our products risk-free while preventing misuse of the guarantee.

PRODUCT USAGE

We encourage consistent use as directed for best results.

– Products may be opened and used and still qualify for a refund
– Results may vary depending on your dog’s individual health and condition

REFUND PROCESS

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

– Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
– Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your financial institution
– Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect

RETURNS (IF REQUIRED)

In most cases, physical returns are not required.

NON-REFUNDABLE CONDITIONS
