At Paws and Whiskers, we know your pets are family — and we take shipping seriously so your order arrives safely and on time.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

We offer standard and expedited shipping options throughout the United States:

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, we only ship to U.S. addresses, including:

  • All 50 states
  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping speed

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website.

Shipping Delays

While we can’t control carrier delays caused by weather or service disruptions, we’ll always help you track your package and work with the carrier when issues come up

Missing or Lost Packages

If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Double-check your delivery location.
  • Wait 24 hours.
  • Contact our support team at [email protected].

We’ll help resolve the issue or file a claim if needed. If a claim is approved, we’ll offer a replacement shipment or store credit/refund depending on product availability
